Great Resources

I have been using the article from Men's Health Magazine that shows whole-body exercises. Even though it is from a men's magazine, it is great for a woman's body as well. I have also been using these exercises with my cheerleaders as we get ready for the season. What a great resource my husband found!

I love Pinterest! I have found so many great resources and recipes on there. The pasta pictured below is one of those examples. (No, this is not my picture, but the one on pinterest) It is so simple to make and it tastes great. I made it the other night and it turned out fantastic.
